300 Stolp Avenue

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SHOW STOPPER! In 1916 this was one of the first homes built to begin the Strathmore neighborhood. Not only have ancestors of iconic members of our community lived in this home but its story continues to shine bright through its character and charm... we're talking original hardwood floors, windows, doors, hardware and so much more. In the living room, you have two sets of incredible double doors that allows you to walk out onto one of your two porches. Like no other, the living room has a canvas ceiling that is impeccably kept to add to the historic value. The secondary staircase brings you from the kitchen, all the way up to the third floor bedroom. Prepare for the primary bedroom to win your heart after you walk into your private enclosed balcony. This home has so much more life to live, you don't want to miss it! *Showings can begin on 6/2*
